Even though Winter may be the time when some of us feel like hibernating because of the cold weather and dark days, I find that the changes make me a bit more of an insomniac. Apparently, I’m not alone, over 3 Million people every Winter have trouble sticking to a normal sleep schedule. If you find yourself having trouble sleeping, here are a few things you can add to your bedroom to kick seasonal adaptive depression aside and have the best sleep ever.
One: Silk Pillowcases
Not only are silk pillowcases great for your hair to keep from tangling and the coolness of the pillow can help you fall asleep better. My favorite brand of silk pillowcase is from Slip.
