I am a notorious salty snacker. Whenever I’m looking for a quick snack to fill me up, pretzels and chips are typically a great go to, but I don’t typically like to keep those on hand since we are trying to eat a little better before we leave for France this week. One of my go-to alternative salty snacks is olives! Which is why I was over the moon to find out that Lindsay® now has packable Snack and Go! olives which are helping me meet my nutrition goals while satisfying my salt fix, and they just happen to be the perfect snack to pack when heading to the pool this summer.
I am not typically one to venture into the sun anymore but when I do head to the pool, I like to kick back, sit with my toes dangling in the water and nibble on something while reading this summer’s latest beach read. Outside of the perfect poolside snack, another reason why I’ve been focused on smarter snacking is that we leave for France today and I’m trying to save all my calories for when we’re over there.
