Creative FAGE Plain Greek Yogurt Mix Ins

This post is sponsored by FAGE; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

This is a big year- not only is it a new decade but I also turn 30 in August. It almost doesn’t feel right, internally I still feel 17 but the calendar doesn’t lie. I’ve made a resolution to myself to start making my health a top priority by focusing on physical fitness and eating less pre-processed and more whole foods. That’s one reason why I gravitate towards FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek yogurt topped with fresh berries.

My goal for the new year is to eat less processed foods. I tend to gravitate towards quick-fix snacks, packaged foods and a combination of protein and carbs when it comes to meals. However, I’m trying to build in more fresh veggies and fruits which is why FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek yogurt is my go-to post-workout meal. It’s the perfect opportunity to sneak in a bunch of fruit, healthy fiber, and protein.

Although FAGE is delicious on its own, I think we can all agree that the toppings just enhance its thick and creamy texture!

Another reason why FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek yogurt is ideal for eating intentionally is that you can control the level of sweetness if you want any at all. FAGE Total 2% Plain contains no added sugar and is made with only milk and live active yogurt cultures.

I like controlling my own level of sweetness and toppings, these are some of my favorite things to add to the top of plain yogurt:

– Maple almond butter
– Flax seeds
– Granola
– Strawberries, frozen blueberries, freshly sliced banana
– Sliced almonds
– Honey

These are just some of the ways to dress up FAGE Total 2% Plain Greek yogurt, but I also love just eating it by itself. FAGE is helping me eat more intentionally this year.
