Finding the perfect sweater for this transitional weather can be really hard. It’s like Goldilocks and the Three Bears; this one is too hot, that one is too cold, this one doesn’t have the right weave, this one is too boxy. I’ve been personally victimized by each of these scenarios during the first weeks of this fraudulent Fall weather and started looking for a sweater that would keep me warm in the morning but keep me cool on my jaunt home from work.

I’m a huge fan of cashmere. It’s one of those fabrics that will let your skin breathe but keeps you warm in the winter. I can’t recall what my first piece of cashmere was, it may have been this gorgeous light teal cashmere blend sweater I picked up after college, but I remember from that day forward I was hooked and there was no going back.
Now whenever I can get my paws on a few classic cashmere pieces, I always take the chance and invest in these sweaters. When I discovered Kinross cashmere it was a no-brainer that I would fall in love immediately with their classic styles each coming in a variety of colors to choose from. Lately, I’ve been gravitating towards pieces that can be layered or are classic staples like this gray sweater or this beige cardigan. I love how effortless both of these pieces are and find myself throwing on the beige cardigan whenever I’m at home.

I love the details of that sweater!! The zipper in the back is so cool.
